Use Services Menu if Bundle Locks up Mail.app

Some readers are reporting success with the method suggested in the previous posting. Others were not as lucky.

If the Bundle prevents Mail from launching properly, try disabling this and instead use the Services menu to work on your text.

To encrypt: Write your messages normally, but make sure it’s in plain text, go to Mail – Services – PGP.

To decrypt: Just select the text and use the Services menu.

Super-tip: You can use the same on for example Gmail, completely bypassing Mail.App until things are fixed.

I highly recommend Mailplane for accessing Gmail. The same PGP Services will be available via the Services menu of your browser or Mailplane regardless.
